2 Better Than 1 for Health!!
No No! We are talking of monitors.
Do u keep many applications open on your computer (like emails, word, excel, internet and so on) simultaneously and keep toggling between them time again through out the day. This constant toggling by way or mouse or keyboard is putting excess pressure on nerves of your fingers and affectively all associated muscles form hand to neck.
And its wasting your time too.. affecting your eyes too..
For many people at work today, using one screen to perform all of the tasks you need to do during a typical work day just seems very inefficient these days. People need many applications open at the same time and often need to refer to one or the other quite a bit. It would be a great benefit to be able to use two screens while having to perform all these tasks, but usually people just do not have the room on their desks for two monitors, even the smaller and thinner ones that are in today’s marketplace. One solution to this issue may be to use a dual monitor stand to alleviate the clutter and still provide you with the access you want
The health benefit of a dual monitor desk mount is also one you may want to consider. Constantly having to move back and forth between two monitors on your desk that are not at the optimum eye level for you can begin to cause health concerns for you.
